Mama Pilarinos keeps us all running! Let's be honest, nothing would get done without her.

Our beloved mother and grandmother, she showed interest in cooking and service from her early days growing up in Greece.

We use her original recipes for our moussaka, spanakopita and baklava on all our restaurants. Next time you hear she's there...tell her thank you!

Bob is a graduate of Manhattan College with a degree in Finance. He's been working in the restaurant business since he was 13 years old (wow!) and after graduating college has taken an active role in managing the business.

Let's just say he knows a thing or two about the restaurant industry!

Bob is married to Alaina and they have three beautiful, sassy children.  Anastasia (who contributed the "Anastasia Pancakes" to our menu!), Ari and Dino. 

Tina has a degree in Fashion Merchandising and pursued her career in the fashion industry for over ten years while living in Manhattan.

She was born and raised in the Capital District Region and, lucky for us, decided to move back home and contribute her talents to the family business.

Tina is married to Sakis, also part of PHG. She has two amazing children.

He holds a B.S. in Finance and an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University.

His outgoing and welcoming personality are the perfect match for our group.  In his free time he likes to watch soccer, travel, and spoil his two kids, like crazy.
